01 · The brief

The brief

Three personas: a super admin who creates organisations, an organisation admin who manages its users, and compliance members who do the work.
Their tasks: an overview of the regulatory scope, navigating legal documents by their metadata and table of contents, tracking compliance status, and being notified when the law changes.
The hard part: EU legislation is deeply nested - parts, titles, chapters, articles - so most of the work was sorting information and flows before any UI.
